- An incident of DUI occurred at 12:42 a.m. Sunday along state Route 1001 in Jones Township. State police encountered a known 39-year-old St. Marys man during routine patrol. He was suspected to be under the influence of drugs while an operator of a vehicle. He was transported to the Elk Regional Health Center for blood tests. Charges of DUI are anticipated after receiving the test results and will be filed through the district court.
- An incident of DUI occurred at 8:43 p.m. Monday along Zola and Coal Hollow roads in Fox Township. A 61-year-old Ridgway man was found in his vehicle in a ditch. He was transported to the Elk Regional Health Center for blood tests. It was determined his blood-alcohol content was over the legal limit. Charges of DUI are pending in the district court.
