- On Monday, a vehicle driven by a 28-year-old Mayport woman failed to stop in time while exiting Interstate 80 at state Route 255 to avoid hitting a vehicle driven by a 62-year-old Pleasant Valley, NY man that was stopped waiting to pull onto SR 255. No injuries and minor damage were reported.
- On Monday, a 90-year-old Johnsonburg man pulled out of Long John Silvers into the path of a vehicle driven by an 80-year-old Knox Dale man, causing the two to collide. No injuries and moderate damage were reported.
- A 22-year-old Penfield man will be charged with retail theft after Wal-Mart employees observed him and two other males attempting to remove game controllers without paying for them. The investigation is continuing at this time.
- A Highland Street School employee reported Tuesday that damage occurred to a flag pole and basketball net and backboard. The investigation is continuing at this time.
- A Cumberland County healthcare service employee reported Tuesday that she was speaking to a Kilmer Road man on the phone when he became abusive and threatened to harm himself. Officers checked on the man and found him to be OK and he apologized for his actions.
- An Ollie Lane resident reported Tuesday that young girls were riding all-terrain vehicles in her yard. Officers handled the situation without incident.
- Officers responded to a Hungry Hollow Road residence for a domestic dispute between a mother and daughter. The daughter had left the residence prior to police arrival.
