WOODWARD TOWNSHIP – A missing 16-year-old Houtzdale boy, Ryan Calvin Matthews, was located Friday, the Clearfield-based state police reported.
In the initial report, state police said the boy left his residence Aug. 8 and was wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans. He had been last observed at approximately 6 p.m. Aug. 12 on Front Street in Philipsburg.
