Russel K. Shipley, 82, of Philipsburg died Saturday, July 14, 2012 at his residence.
A Celebration of life service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13 at theTrinityUnitedMethodistChurch,121 South Front St., Philipsburg.
The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the hour of services at the church.
