- A hit-and-run accident occurred at 7:45 a.m. July 23 on Hemlock Street at its intersection with F Street in Rush Township. A Chevrolet Trailblazer was parked on Hemlock Street and was struck by another vehicle, which fled the scene. A small amount of turquoise paint was observed on the right rear bumper of the Trailblazer.
- An incident of harassment occurred at 6:45 p.m. Thursday in a parking lot along South Front Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 24-year-old Port Matilda man and a 23-year-old Kylertown woman allegedly engaged in a verbal altercation. After arguing for several minutes, their altercation became physical. The man has been charged through the district court for harassment.
