Albert M. Arnold, 83, of Philipsburg and formerly of Osceola Mills died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012 at the Clearfield Hospital.
He was born March 25, 1929 to the late William J. Arnold Sr. and Hattie M. (Morehead) Arnold. He married Eleanor Jane (Williamson) Arnold on Oct. 15, 1955 in Philipsburg.

He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was retired from Nearhoof Machine Inc. in Osceola Mills, here he was an electrician.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two infant sisters and an infant brother as well as two brothers, John and William Arnold.
Along with his wife, he is also survived by two sons, Jack Arnold and his wife, Susan of Osceola Mills and Alan Arnold and his wife, Patti of Grassflat; four grandchildren, Andrew Jack Arnold, Andrew Jaymes Arnold, Alison Arnold and John Arnold; two great-grandsons; and a brother, Fred Arnold and his wife, Jane of Osceola Mills.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills, with Pastor Donald Smith officiating. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills.
Military honors will be accorded by the Osceola Mills Honor Guard.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of services Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
