An incident of retail theft occurred at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Wal-Mart store in Fox Township. A 32-year-old Brockport woman was apprehended when she attempted to depart the store with three, 24-packs of soda, three bottles of popcorn seasoning, a 12-count of ice cream cups, one bottle of Lipton ice tea and a can of Maxwell House coffee. The retail value totaled $40.22. She’s been charged with retail theft through the district court.
