CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging Inc. and Centers for Active Living in Clearfield, Coalport, Kylertown, Mahaffey and Karthaus will be closed Aug. 21 so that staff and consumers can attend the CCAAA’s Annual Summer Celebration.
The event is scheduled from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21 at Florian Hall, formerly Lawrence Hall, 321 Mill Rd., Clearfield. This year’s theme is Mardi Gras with a Mardi Gras-inspired luncheon, dancing and games. Individuals 50 years of age and older should especially enjoy this annual event.
There is an admission price of $6 per person. Admission tickets may be obtained by picking them up at the Clearfield, Coalport, Karthaus, Kylertown, and Mahaffey Centers for Active Living, Colonial Courtyard of Clearfield or at the CCAAA office at 103 North Front St. in Clearfield.
