SANDY TOWNSHIP – A 13-year-old girl told police Wednesday that a known boy and girl took her to the wooded area by the Highland School and tied her to a pole with a rope, the Sandy Township Police Department reported.
The girl managed to get free from the rope, police said. No further information was provided in the report. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
