Joseph E. Baker, 21, of Knox Dale was traveling westbound on U.S. Route 322 approximately 115 feet west of Church Street. Two vehicles stopped ahead for the front one to turn south off U.S. Route 322. Baker failed to observe the vehicles stopped ahead.

Kara J. Gregor, 18, of Reynoldsville was also traveling eastbound on U.S. Route 322 behind the States vehicle. She wasn’t able to avoid the Baker and States vehicles in the eastbound lane. Her front driver’s side struck the rear passenger’s side of the States vehicle.
