- An incident of theft of services occurred from 12:01 a.m. April 25 to 12 a.m. July 17 on Sanborn Road in Decatur Township. Someone obtained power from Penelec after it was disconnected. The investigation is ongoing.
- An incident of harassment occurred at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday in Chester Hill Borough. A 25-year-old Pleasant Gap man allegedly threatened to physically harm a 36-year-old Philipsburg woman over the phone. Charges of harassment have been filed through the district court.
- An incident of disorderly conduct occurred at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday in Chester Hill Borough. Two Philipsburg adults engaged in a loud verbal argument and used obscene language. Charges of disorderly conduct have been filed against both through the district court.
