DUBOIS – A 37-year-old Rockton man sustained severe injuries following a motorcycle versus vehicle accident Sunday, according to the Sandy Township Police Department. The man was initially transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center before being sent to Altoona.
The Rockton man was riding a motorcycle when he pulled from a driveway on Platt Road. His motorcycle entered into the path of a vehicle driven by a 52-year-old DuBois man. The two vehicles collided as a result.
Alcohol is a suspected factor.
