Beth Ann Krider, 52, of Hyde died Sunday, July 22, 2012 at the Clearfield Hospital.
Born July 19, 1960 in Altoona, she was the daughter of George W. and Mary Jane (Shaner) Krider. Mrs. Krider was retired from the Pennsylvania National Guard. She was also a homemaker.
She was affiliated with the Hyde Wesleyan Church and was a member of the Chinklacamoose Chapter of A.B.A.T.E.
On Aug. 23, 1997 in Hyde, she wed John Guard Butler, who preceded her in death on Aug. 7, 2011. She was also preceded in death by her father.
Surviving is her mother of Altoona, two sons, Ronald George Knepp and his wife, Angel of Hyde and John G. Butler Jr. of Sackets Harbor, NY and a daughter, Jennifer A. Clark and her husband, Justin of Grampian.
Also surviving are four grandchildren, Alexis and Alazay Clark and Taylor and Janelle Shaffer, as well as two brothers, Steve Krider and his wife, Sue and Thomas Krider, both of Altoona.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home Inc. of Curwensville, with the Rev. Stephen Shields officiating. Burial will be in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland.
Friends will be received from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of services Thursday at the funeral home.
