According to the state police in Clearfield, on July 9 at around 4:30 a.m., Cody House, 18, and two other unknown suspects entered the bar by forcing open the front door. Once inside, it was reported they destroyed the cash register and stole numerous half-gallons of whiskey and liquor, two cases of beer, one case of wine coolers, about 10 boxes of cigarettes, eight cans of snuff, a box of Reese’s Cups and a variety of coins. Police said House and the other two then fled the scene on foot.
The estimated damage was $1,000 and the estimate of the stolen goods is also $1,000.
Police said House was found in a shed near the scene and taken into custody, then arraigned.
