Geraldine L. Pepperman 67, of Shiloh passed away Sunday Morning June 24, 2012 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital.
Born Dec. 16, 1944 in Lumber City she was the daughter of Joel and Gladys (Redden) Gill. She had been employed at Target/Bayer Clothing for 12 years and also was employed at the Super 8 Motel as a housekeeper.
On Dec. 16, 1989 she wed Harry W. Pepperman who preceded her in death on April 18, 2009.
She is survived by three children: Marty Shields and his companion Geri Reynolds of Akron, OH, Amy Shields Wood of Woodland, and Wendy Hand and her husband David of Mineral Springs; four grandchildren: Marty Shields II, Kevin Wood, Kacie Luzier, and Kristi Wood and two great-grandchildren: Peter and Gabriel.
She was the last member of her generation.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers James A., William O., and Howard W. Gill and sisters Janet Lord, and Mildred Jean Dixon.
Funeral Services for Geraldine Pepperman will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc of Clearfield on June 28 at 2 p.m. with Reverend Stephen Shields officiating.
Friends will be received at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc of Clearfield on June 28 from 11:00 a.m. till the time of services at 2 p.m.
