- An incident of criminal mischief occurred at 6 p.m. June 18 along East Cherry Street in Port Matilda Borough. A female told state police that her window had been broken out by unknown means. Upon further investigation state police determined it’d been broken by a baseball, while a group of juveniles were playing in the area.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred at approximately 11:10 p.m. Friday at Boot Trail residence in Taylor Township. A 40-year-old Port Matilda man was charged after driving his pick-up truck in a 41-year-old Tyrone man’s yard. He allegedly accelerated his truck and spun its tires, causing damage to approximately 30 feet of the victim’s yard. Charges were filed through the district court.
