Police Report: STPD

June 20, 2012 

Officers investigated a complaint from a Circle Road resident about dogs in a neighbor’s trailer that did not appear to be taken care of.  Contact was made with the owner and all appeared to be ok.

Officers responded to a Lincoln Drive residence for a domestic dispute between a mother and son.  The two got into an argument over her mother’s male friend babysitting her two daughters while she was at work.  Officers handled the situation without incident.

A false alarm was reported at Tri County Church.

June 21, 2012

A truck driver reported that while he was traveling on state 119 a car traveled into his lane and hit his truck then fled the scene.  The truck was damage on the front end.  No injuries were reported.

There was debris from the offending vehicle collected from the scene.  The investigation continues.

A 37 year old Treasure Lake woman reported that when she returned home a known 38 year old Punxsutawney man was at her residence without permission.  She left and called police.  The man was gone upon officers arrival.

Officers responded to a Treasure Lake residence for a reported domestic dispute between a woman and her 23 year old son and his wife.  The mother was not allowing the couple into the house to get their belongings.  Officers handled the situation with out incident.

False alarms were reported at Taco Bell and Long John Silvers.
