Born on Oct. 13, 1969 in Uniontown, he was the son of Kenneth E. Conway and Karen (Spencer) Phillips of Hyde.
Ken was a carpenter by trade and served in the United States Army.
He was a member of the Hyde Wesleyan Church.
Ken is survived by his mother, his stepfather, Ronald Phillips of Hyde, his wife Jean L. Conway whom he married on July 7, 2007, a son Kenneth Conway III of Bigler, two step children: Breanna Lonjin and her husband, C.J. of Bigler and Eli Whitaker of Clearfield; two grandchildren: Rileigh and Emily Lonjin; two sisters: Kerri Hutchinson and her husband, Darren, of Florida, and Katrina Concel of DuBois; maternal grandmother, Carrie Spencer, paternal grandmother, Jessica Conway, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father who passed away on April 16, 2010, maternal grandfather, Clinton Spencer, Jr., and paternal grandfather, Wayne Conway.
At the request of Mr. Conway there will be no public visitation.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
The family suggests that memorial contributions made be made to charity of the donor’s choice.
