HORTON TOWNSHIP – An aggravated assault involving vehicles is under investigation in Elk County.
According to state police in Ridgway, an unknown vehicle intentionally struck the rear bumper of a vehicle operated by Robert Ruff of Falls Creek. Police said Ruff was stopped near the intersection of Boggy Run Road and Mt. Church Road. The suspect vehicle then chased the Ruff vehicle for a short distance before fleeing.
No injuries were reported.
