False alarm at a Treasure Lake residence

Officers received a report of ATV’s racing aroundSpiderLake.  A 17-year-old and an 18-year-old were cited for having their ATV’s on the roadway.

A 29-year-old DuBois man reported the owner of Isabella’s struck him in the head with a beer glass after an argument over the man and his party trying to leave with beer.  Investigation continues.

May 24, 2012

A 31-year-old DuBois man assaulted a 19-year-old Dubois man who was walking his girlfriend home onWasson Ave.  Charges pending.

A false alarm was reproted at RE Michael.

Officers received a report of illegal dumping on Breck Road.  The investigation continues

Employees of the Wine & Spirits shop in the Sandy Plaza reported an suspicious looking man waiting outside the store as they were closing up.  Officers located the man and found that he was highly intoxicated, and said he was waiting for the store to open.  The 35-year-old DuBois man was cited and released to his mother.

Employees of Clearfield Jefferson MHMR reported a suspicious looking black man in the parking lot in a van.  The man was gone upon officers arrival.  An employee of the cleaning service stated the man left after he was told police were called.

A report of a loud party was received from a residence on Sierra Heights Road.  Officers handled the situation without incident.

A false alarm was reported at RE Michael.
