The Bottom Shelf Blues Band performed at the gazebo Saturday night at Lower Witmer Park during the Clearfield B.P.O. Elks Lodge No. 540 Spring Festival. Afterward festival attendees were treated to a fireworks tribute to the military by ACE Pyrotechnics. All photos are by Reporter Jessica Shirey.
