CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County District Attorney, William A. Shaw, Jr., announced the capture of a wanted fugitive.

Shaw identified the Fugitive as Daniel Kloberdance, age 46, of Graham Road, Woodland, Pennsylvania.

Kloberdance was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on March 19, 2012. Shaw stated that Kloberdance is wanted for failure to appear at a preliminary hearing Oct. 12, 2011.

On July 15, 2011, Trooper Kimberly Ronan of the Pennsylvania State Police, Clearfield Barracks, filed a criminal complaint, charging Kloberdance with: recklessly endangering another person; disorderly conduct and harassment.
An affidavit of probable cause filed by Ronan states that on July 10, 2011, the Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to respond to an incident on Graham Road in Bradford Township. Upon investigation it was found that Kloberdance had pointed a firearm at the victims, while they were traveling in a vehicle on Graham Road.
A preliminary hearing was held Oct. 12, 2011 at which time Kloberdance failed to appear and all charges were held for court.

Shaw stated that on May 17, 2012, Kloberdance voluntarily surrendered himself to Deputies from the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Office. Kloberdance is currently lodged in the Clearfield County jail.

Shaw thanked the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance with this case.
