An incident of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct occurred at approximately 3:10 p.m. Saturday on Hudson Street in Decatur Township, Clearfield County. A 54-year-old Philipsburg man was allegedly causing a disturbance outside, and he was discovered to be highly intoxicated. He was allegedly attempting to blow up his transmission, because he was upset with his girlfriend. Charges were filed through the district court, and he was placed in the Clearfield County Jail.
