KANE – A 20-year-old Rixford has been arrested for having sexual relations with two, known boys during the latter part of June 2011 at a private residence in Otto Township, McKean County.
The Kane-based state police identified the accused as Allen Michael York, 20, of Rixford. The boys’ age wasn’t released in the police report. In addition, York has been accused of providing controlled substances to both boys.
York has been taken into custody and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Richard W. Luther, Bradford. He’s been charged with three felony counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse as well as four counts of indecent assault, two counts of corruption of minors and one count of terroristic threats, all misdemeanors, and one summary count of harassment.
York is currently incarcerated at the McKean County Jail in lieu of $125,000 straight bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Thursday in district court.
