Doris J. Doman, 89 of Pine Street, Houtzdale died March 27, 2012 at the Clearfield Area Hospital, Clearfield
She was born Dec. 24, 1922 in Brisbin, a daughter of William and Lucinda (Kephart) Atkins.
Doris was a 1940 graduate of Woodward High School.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Houtzdale.
Doris was employed as an inspector for Navasky’s of Philipsburg until her retirement
She is survived by a son Joseph Doman and his wife Sandy of Sisters, OR and the following sisters and brother, Leah Albright, Betty Saupp, C. Jean Hutchison all of Houtzdale, James Atkins and his wife Rose of Jamestown, NY and a number of nieces and nephews.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters Edna Holden, Margaret Miller, Mabel Crain and three brothers Bill, Jack and Don.
There will be no visitation at Doris’s request.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
