Dr. Kwok-Sze (Richard) Wong, Executive Director of the American School Counselor Association (ASCA), visited Philipsburg-Osceola Area School District on March 14. ASCA provides resources and support to school counselors across the nation. During his visit, Wong provided P-O with valuable feedback and practical ideas, and he said he was impressed with the program currently implemented by P-O counselors.
