Leven Joseph Mikulec, an infant, died Sunday at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born August 2, 2011 DuBois, he was the son of Roger J. Mikulec and Lara J. Clouser, both of Falls Creek.
He is also survived by his brother, Thatcher Clouser of Falls Creek; his maternal grandparents, Donna Miller and her husband, Brian of Falls Creek; and his paternal grandparents, Wanda Mikulec of Falls Creek and Roger Mikulec of San Diego, CA.
Friends will be received from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home. Burial will be in Taylor Cemetery in Falls Creek.
