- An incident of harassment occurred at 1:15 a.m. Saturday along North Front Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A West Decatur female was at the aforementioned address when a Philipsburg female arrived and allegedly punched her twice in the face.
- An incident of retail theft occurred at 5:05 p.m. Friday at The Thieves Market on Front Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. An employee contacted the state police after observing a 63-year-old Philipsburg woman placing several store items in her coat pocket and hiding them from view. Upon arrival, the items were discovered in the woman’s pocket, and she was arrested. Retail theft charges are being filed against the woman.
