- An incident of simple assault and harassment occurred at approximately 12:15 a.m. Tuesday on Dakota Ridge Road in Beccaria Township, Clearfield County. An 18-year-old Fallentimber man engaged in a verbal argument that allegedly escalated into a physical altercation during which a 37-year-old Fallentimber man struck him in the mouth and nose area. The accused was charged with simple assault and harassment through the district court. He was arraigned and placed in the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $10,000 straight bail.
- A protection from abuse violation allegedly occurred at 1:25 a.m. Tuesday on Dakota Ridge Road in Beccaria Township, Clearfield County. A known male suspect was at the residence of a 35-year-old Fallentimber woman and under the influence of alcohol. He was in violation of an active PFA. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
