Police Report: PSP Philipsburg

~ Police are responding to an act of theft that took place on Saturday at the End Zone, Huston Township, Centre County.    Unknown actors removed a purple makeup bag from the victim’s purse.  The bag contained approximately 40 Adderall pills.
