- An incident of terroristic threats occurred at approximately 10:45 a.m. Feb. 26 in Jay Township, Elk County. A 44-year-old Weedville woman allegedly pointed a gun at a 64-year-old Weedville man during an argument, threatening the victim. She was arrested and placed in the Elk County Prison in lieu of bail.
- A 46-year-old St. Marys woman has been accused in multiple retail theft incidences, spanning from Feb. 19 through Feb. 27 at the Wal-Mart store in Fox Township, Elk County. She allegedly attempted to remove numerous items from the store and deprive the merchant of the items without paying the full retail value. Charges are currently pending further investigation.
