PHILIPSBURG – A female and three male juveniles have been charged after they were allegedly observed committing acts of criminal mischief sometime Jan. 15 – 16 at a Laundromat at the Philipsburg house apartments.
According to the Philipsburg-based state police, wallpaper was pulled from the wall. In addition, dirty footprints were observed over the tops of the washing machines.
Two suspects crawled into dryers, while another entered a washing machine. A suspect attempted to break into a coin machine for one of the washing machines, state police said.
Items were removed from the bulletin board and discarded in a garbage can. A portable heater was also tampered with.
