Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of DUI occurred at 1:40 a.m. Sunday along state Route 555 in Jay Township, Elk County. A 26-year-old Curwensville man was stopped for a traffic violation and suspected to be DUI. He was transported to the Elk Regional Health System, where he consented to a blood test. The test determined that he was in excess of the .08 percent legal limit. He will be charged with DUI and four summary traffic offenses through the district court in St. Marys.
