The driver of the first vehicle was transported to Clearfield Hospital for an evaluation.

- Police received a report of harassment. A Karthaus man was reportedly harassing a Clearfield man.
- Police received a call for a malfunctioning light at the Hyde bridge. It appeared the problem corrected itself.
- Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct in Hillsdale. Several people were engaged in a loud argument that threatened to turn into a physical confrontation. The group split prior to police arrival.
