- An incident of DUI occurred at 11:15 p.m. Monday along U.S. Route 322 at Ninth Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 46-year-old Philipsburg man was pulled over for a traffic violation. Upon further investigation, he was arrested for DUI. The DUI and related charges have been filed through the district court.
- At 2:24 a.m. Saturday, a vehicle was stopped for an expired registration at South Front and Maple streets in Philipsburg Borough. A passenger allegedly possessed a small amount of marijuana and a multi-colored glass pipe. Inside the vehicle, state police found a small amount of powder in a container along with three straws. Charges for drug possession and paraphernalia were filed through the district court.
