DECATUR TOWNSHIP – The autopsy of a man found in a wooded area off of Irwin Drive has been completed.
Andrew Garlandof Osceola Mills was found by a passerby in a wooded area off of Irwin Drive at 1:45 p.m. Saturday in Decatur Township. The state police in Clearfield stated that the autopsy is complete and that the cause of death is pending toxicology restults.
