Police Report: Clearfield PSP

The investigation continues into an incident of criminal mischief at 5:15 a.m. Saturday along the Bigler – Allport Cutoff in Morris Township, Clearfield County. A 39-year-old Winburne woman reported that she’d discovered her vehicle with four flat tires.
