One Killed in Three-vehicle Accident

GRAHAM TOWNSHIP – A three-vehicle accident claimed one man’s life at 9:15 p.m. Thursday along Interstate 80 eastbound at mile marker 127 in Graham Township, Clearfield County.

The Clearfield-based state police reported that an unidentified male passenger in a vehicle driven by Lilia Auguilera, 35, of Lodi, Calif. was killed, while an unidentified female sustained serious injuries in the accident.

According to the accident report, James Flora, 48, of Girard was traveling on I-80 when he lost control of his vehicle at which time it struck another operated by Auguilera, causing it to spin out and strike the guiderail. At that point, Raymond B. Gregory, 51, of Ambridge struck the Auguilera vehicle.

Neither Flora and Gregory nor Auguilera and her four other passengers, Rafael Perez, Martin Vasquez, Karina Chavez and Oliver Sosa were injured.

Charges are currently pending further investigation.
