Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of harassment/domestic violence occurred at 3:30 a.m. Thursday at a North Centre Street residence in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A 28-year-old female and a 31-year-old male allegedly engaged in a physical altercation.  The investigation is ongoing at this time.
