The Clearfield Borough Police department is investigating a missing juvenile: Skylar Willilams went missing on Dec. 21, 2011. He is described as being 5 feet, 6 inches and weighing 130 pounds. He has red hair. He is missing from a Daisy Street address in Clearfield Borough.
