- A small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia were seized during a traffic stop on Second Street in Philipsburg Borough. Charges were filed against an 18-year-old and a 20-year-old.
- A Clearfield man was traveling west on state Route 53 in Philipsburg Borough. A Philipsburg motorist entered the road from the south side of Second Street. The Philipsburg woman’s bumper struck the Clearfield man’s bumper. No injuries were reported.
