Obituary Notice: Marie R. Lippert

Marie R. Lippert,   81 of Clearfield and most recently of Ridgeview Eldercare Rehabilitation Center, Curwensville died on Dec. 15, 2011 at the Clearfield Hospital. 

She was born on July 8, 1930 in Clearfield, a daughter of the late Samuel and Effie (Kephart) Cabello. 

Mrs. Lippert was a homemaker.

She was affiliated with the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Clearfield.

She is survived by five daughters:

      Barbara Williams and husband Ed                                               Clearfield

      Lori Freyer                                                                                    Clearfield

      Judy Ellis and husband Shannon                                                   Clearfield

      Amy Root and companion Rodney Dixon                         Clearfield 

Fifteen grandchildren:

Michelle Henry, Tracie O’Leary, Mandy Kruise, Joey Ralston, Lisa Dixon, Lesley Wilt, Christopher Fryer, Sherry Jacox, Terry Fryer, Anthony Fryer, Gregory Millinder, Carrie Millinder, Andrea Bauman, Mason Root, Madison Root

Fourteen great-grandchildren,

      Jane Morgan and husband Phil                                                    VA 

And numerous nieces and nephews, including James Dixon and wife Sharon of Clearfield.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Lippert on January 28, 1981 and whom she married May 26, 1950 in Clearfield; two sons, David and Jimmy; a sister Betty Hartzfeld; two half sisters, Blanche Hudson and Gladys Dixon; and two half brothers, Ward and Chester Haines.

Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. with Dr. Duane A. White  officiating.  Interment will follow in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9-10:00 a.m.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society, 26 S. Second Street, Clearfield or to the Clearfield Foundation for Health-Hospice, PO Box 992, Clearfield.
