CLEARFIELD – Cen-Clear Child Services, Inc. and Clearfield Bank and Trust Company are collaborating to support the annual Giving Tree Program. For more than 20 years, Cen-Clear has operated the program to provide holiday season gifts of toys, clothing, and other items to low-income children enrolled in agency programs.

Clearfield Bank and Trust Company has been a consistent supporter of the program. The Giving Tree is also supported by other local business and industry, by Cen-Clear employees, and other sources.

Gene Kephart, Cen-Clear executive directors, stated, “We began the Giving Tree program to ensure that children and families had an enjoyable holiday season, and each year we achieve that goal. But our success would not be possible without strong community support from partners such as Clearfield Bank and Trust Company. It is truly gratifying to know that they share our concern for local children and families.”

Cen-Clear Child Services, Inc. operates the Head Start, Early Head Start, Pre-K Counts and early intervention programs in Centre and Clearfield Counties as well as Clearfield County Family Centers. Those interested in supporting the Giving Tree Program should contact Lori Love at 342-5678. Additional information about Cen-Clear programs is available at www.cenclear.org.
