FALLS CREEK – A St. Marys man is currently facing charges of stalking and harassment after an alleged incident that occurred between Nov. 2 and Nov. 4 in Falls Creek Borough, Jefferson County. The DuBois-based state police identified the accused as Troy Alan Cool of St. Marys.
According to the report, Cool repeatedly called the place of employment of a known victim. He allegedly left voice messages for her, and she feared for her safety. She experienced “substantial emotional distress,” state police said.
The accused was arrested on a third-degree felony warrant for stalking as well as harassment, a misdemeanor of the third degree. He’s incarcerated at the Jefferson County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
