Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 2:45 a.m. and 3 a.m. Wednesday along West Presqueisle Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. Someone threw a rock through a 31-year-old Philipsburg man’s apartment window.  Damage is estimated at $100.
