Gabler to Continue Series of Veterans Outreach Meetings

HARRISBURG – State Rep. Matt Gabler (R-Clearfield/Elk) is announcing that his legislative office will again be partnering with the American Legion to make services available on a monthly basis to local veterans. Gabler’s next outreach meeting will be held on Dec. 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at his St. Marys district office, located at 53 South St. Marys St., Suite 2, St. Marys.

“We had a great turnout for our November meeting, which reflects the many veterans in Clearfield and Elk counties and the need for a service like this,” Gabler said. “As a captain in the United States Army Reserve, I am proud and happy to work with the American Legion in providing assistance and information pertaining to specific benefits and programs.”

More than 11,000 veterans live in Clearfield and Elk counties. Brian Morris of the American Legion office in Erie will again be in attendance to address any concerns veterans may have.
