Sibbie J. Swoope, 62, of Woodland, passed away Nov. 26, 2011 at the Clearfield Hospital.
Born on Sept. 16, 1949 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of the late Bud and Emma (Wisor) Cutler.
She was a member of the Bigler Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Woodland.
Sibbie enjoyed puzzles, collecting Elvis memorabilia, having picnics with her family and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by two sons: Jeff (Bernice) Cutler of Morrisdale, PA and Brent Swoope of Woodland, PA; two brothers: Fredrick(Shirl) Cutler of Hyde, PA and Ralph (Roseanne) Cutler of Morrisdale, PA; two sisters: Janice Jury of Woodland, PA and Darlene (Larry) White of Mineral Springs, PA; and also survived by two grandchildren: Taylor and Shania Cutler.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gerald J. Swoope, whom she married on July 5, 1972 and passed away on February 24, 2008 and her sister Brenda Brundridge.
A funeral service will be held on Nov. 30 at 12:00 p.m. at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home in Clearfield. With Pastor Dale L. Ware officiating. Burial will be in Bradford Cemetery.
Friends will be received on Nov. 29 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. An additional hour of viewing will be held on Wednesday from 11:00am until the time of service.
