Mrs. Jean Krause, age 75, of Woodland, PA, and formerly of Petersburg, WV died Nov. 22, 2011 in Windy Hill Village, Philipsburg, PA.
She was born Aug. 3, 1936 in New Rochelle, NY and was the daughter of the late Frank Bava and Cecilia (Raffaele) Bava.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Catherine Bava and one brother, Anthony Bava.
Mrs. Krause graduated from New Rochelle High School class of 1954 and attended Long Island Bible Institute, Oyster Bay, NY. She was affiliated with the Assemblies of God Church for 43 years.
She is survived her husband, Rev. David E. Krause, former Pastor of the Faith Assembly of God Church in Petersburg, WV; daughter Joanna Ogden and her husband, Rev John Ogden of Claverack, NY; sons David J. Krause and his wife Lisa Krause of Philipsburg, PA and Andrew J. Krause of Amelia, VA and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Nov. 26 at 1:30 p.m. at the Abundant Life Fellowship Church in Philipsburg, PA with Rev W. Dean Krause, Rev John W. Ogden and her husband, Rev. David E. Krause. Burial will be in Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills, PA.
