- On Wednesday, damage was reported that occurred to a Windy Hill Road residence. A vehicle was observed striking a residence before fleeing the scene.
- An incident of harassment was reported to police on Thursday.
- Police responded to an Anderson Street residence Thursday morning for a reported theft of cash. Upon police arrival, the cash had been discovered. They knew one male and took him into custody for a probation violation. He was under the influence of a controlled substance. The male was found in possession of prescription medication that was stolen. He was released to Clearfield County Probation.
- An incident of trespass and criminal mischief occurred at the Howe’s Leather Property on Cooper Road.
- A burglary occurred at a Center Street residence at an unknown time. A person(s) gained access through an unlocked door. Several items had been found missing. Police would like to remind residents to lock their homes and vehicles when they’re not attended.
- Police notified PennDOT about a fuel spill that was located along state Route 879 east. It traveled the whole length of the borough.
- An incident of criminal mischief was reported to police. Two unknown males were discovered to be tampering with a bucket truck owned by the Curwensville Hose & Ladder Co. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
- A Curwensville man was arrested and placed in the Clearfield County Jail and faces charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment, resisting arrest, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Richard Ireland on Sunday.
