CLEARFIELD – The Lawrence Township Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing girl.
Police reported that Harlee Foster was last seen on Friday morning. She is described as white, 16-years-old, about 5 feet tall and 135 pounds with shoulder length copper brown hair.
